WHAT YOU’LL DO…
All duties and responsibilities are essential functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.

• Daily attention to detail regarding:?
• Handling of customers from initial visit, through sales process and closing?
• Knowledge of housing product and the housing market in the surrounding area?
• Oversee all resident applications, credit checks and assist in gathering document for bank submittal?
• Flow of paperwork from sales to underwriting, corporate office, staff and customers?
• Provide a community tour to prospective residents.?
• Feature/benefit our model homes?
• Become an expert on providing the benefits to living in a land lease community?
• Use proven four step selling process and learn techniques to overcome objections?
• Establish and manage an effective customer follow-up program including phone calls, letters, and e-mails using our CRM?
• Must be able to provide your own sales leads by networking, promoting the community, business-to-business sales, etc.?
• Constantly promote interest in Roberts Communities by presenting a positive attitude and having a great rapport with current residents to encourage in-park referrals?
• Work closely with sales manager to maximize sales?
• Promote value of homes and the Roberts Communities lifestyle?
• Find creative ways to promote and attract more prospects resulting in more sales?
• Never forget that the customer always comes first?

Requirements:ROLE REQUIREMENTS…

• 2+ years track record of personal sales success?
• Previous sales, retail or leasing experience??
• Strong verbal communications skills?
• Strong organizational and time management skills?
• Professional demeanor and appearance?
• Bilingual??
• Physical Activities: Constantly sit, talk or hear; Frequently use hands; Occasionally stand, walk
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 10 lbs.
• Environmental Conditions: Occasionally exposed to extreme heat, temperature changes
