- Attractive salary package – $60,000-$90,000 base plus super
Key responsibilities
- Source potential candidates for roles within varied industries
- Take briefs from the hiring managers for the roles and their requirements
- Create job postings and mailers for the open roles
- Use out of the box approach and new techniques and tools for sourcing potential candidates
- Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews with the hiring manager
- Stay updated on the market and act as the eyes and ears of the organisation
- Develop database of potential candidates and stay in touch with them through great candidate care techniques
- Develop and maintain a database of current and future hires
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience within the recruitment space is highly desired
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and take clear job briefs
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to source candidates through various avenues other than seek or LinkedIn
- Knowledge in MS Office highly desired
- Qualifications in HR or equivalent highly desired but not necessary
