Talent Acquisition Specialist

This Energy retailer are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a five month contract covering maternity leave. The recruitment portfolio, isn’t high volume, but instead cover a variety of specialist and technical roles. If you are looking to hone your technical recruitment skills, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of 30 + roles
• Proactively source candidates using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter & Seek Talent Search
• Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Actively maintain the Applicant Tracking System – PageUp

About You

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
• Ability to work autonomously and work collaboratively within a team
