Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. This will involve advertising vacant positions, as well as sourcing candidates and assessing their suitability for the role. You will have prior experience in a recruitment role and the ability to work closely to deadlines and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new candidates using various methods
- Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates for suitability
- Liaising and partnering with hiring managers
- On boarding new starters as required
Key Requirements:
- Experience in an internal recruitment role
- Proven ability to advise on recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on multiple roles at the same time
