This position presents a great opportunity for someone to join a growing and dynamic organisation based in Macquarie Park. This is a broad recruitment role where you’ll act as a trusted adviser managing graduate recruitment as well as supporting hiring managers across the business with their recruitment needs, managing the end to end process and building strong relationships across the whole organisation.

This role will suit an agency recruiter looking to break into an internal role, or someone with a couple of years internal experience looking to advance their career in a highly visible, small team environment where your contribution will be recognised and appreciated!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume, end to end recruitment across Australia using various social and media platforms
• Take briefs, draft and post ads, screen and shortlist candidates and manage the offer and onboarding process
• Partner and consult with hiring managers to build strong and trusted relationships by gaining an understanding of their requirements and delivering quality candidates to them
• Develop a pipeline of talent for key positions by implementing sourcing strategies by various means including job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referral programs

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a high volume and fast paced recruitment/ resourcing role
• An energetic self- starter with a positive attitude and the mindset to get the job done
• Sound communication skills and high initiative
• High level of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Ability to implement creative and effective sourcing strategies in a highly competitive and candidate-short market
• Passionate about Talent and Animals!
• Both agency and internal experience will be considered
