Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Central Birmingham Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + bonus

Role Overview of Talent Acquisition Partner:
Your role will have an operational and strategic focus to it. At an operational level you will be responsible for proactively attracting, sourcing and assessing top talent, supporting the two main offices.

You’ll also be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

At a strategic level you will be responsible for delivering a number of strategic projects and initiatives across employer branding, diversity and inclusion, building new talent pipelines, talent forecasting and recruitment planning.
As member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with hiring leaders to provide subject matter advice on recruitment, candidate engagement and pipeline generation. This role will report into the VP of Talent Acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner:

• This individual will be responsible for all talent acquisition activity, centralising all recruitment activity across the business into the function, building relationships with hiring managers while developing a detailed understanding and awareness of each business unit
• Utilise both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify and assess top talent across a range of functions including fund accounting, tech, sales and software engineering (passive and active)
• Reviewing resumes and assessing candidate’s applications, pre-screening candidates, submitting candidates to hiring managers and preparing candidates for interviews
• Maintain network of candidates using the applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Managing candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process
• Develop a recruitment metrics platform to collect key recruitment KPI’s to be reported to the senior leadership team while also analysing and identifying key trends from the data
• Seek out, develop and manage relationships with new recruiting search firms, both contingency and retained to build out a Preferred Supplier List
• Develop and manage new talent pipelines to promote the mobility of talent into and across the business including the candidate referral programme, internal mobility programme and graduate and undergraduate programmes

Key Requirements for Talent Acquisition Partner:

• At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience working with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Experience in passive candidate sourcing utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to head-hunt candidates as well as utilising other direct sourcing channels like referrals for instance
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and developing strategic relationships to gain a detailed understanding and awareness of each business unit and function
