Are you a CIMA/ACCA/ACA studier in the latter stages of your exams? As a result of internal growth, I am recruiting on behalf of a leading Real Estate business who are on the hunt for a talented Junior Finance Business Partner to join their based out of their Kensington and Chelsea, London office on a hybrid basis.

As a Junior Finance Business Partner you will become a pivotal part of the Finance team and provide key contributions to the reporting of Financial and Strategic information both from an internal and external perspective.

Other key responsibilities for this exciting role include:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Presentation of month end highlights to Chief Financial Officer & Head of Investment Asset Finance
• Completion of month end reporting packs
• Key analysis around budget vs forecast with focus around prior years’ performance
• Integral part of the annual external audit process

You will ideally come with a proven track record within the Real Estate/Property industry within a similar role and be excited by a business who has culture at the forefront of their hiring. You will possess a strong knowledge of both financial and management accounting concepts which will include the ability to understand rental statements. Finally, you will possess a can-do and sleeves rolled up mindset to thrive within a business that is heavily reliant on people having fantastic communication skills.
