Robert Walters Hiring for HR Director at London Full Time

My client are a scale up FinTech company, headquartered in Asia but with their largest office in London. They are looking to hire a HR Director for their EMEA business whilst the business continues its growth, which will happen both organically and by acquisition. The role will report into the Group HR Director and be the a key stakeholder for the Country Directors.

The key areas of responsibility will be:
Implement group strategy into the local regions.

Work closely with Technology leads (i.e. Head of Dev Ops, Software Engineering).

Implement best in class HR policy and procedures.

Lead on Learning & Development frameworks ensuring it is aligned to business needs.

Create an employee life-cycle to promote a high performance and engaging culture.

What you will need:
5 – 10 years in a leadership role across the EMEA region.

Solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.

Experience in partnering with Technology professionals.

Strong project management and change management experience

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Experience helping global and/or matrixed companies scale.
