Responsibilities

• Manage office facility
• Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments
• Route calls to the appropriate individuals Requirements – A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
• Complete tasks independently
• Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials
• Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
• Department Files experience
• Computer Files experience
• Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets
