Robert Half are partnering with a high-growth blockchain business to hire their first ever Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with building out the business across technology. This role is business critical to ensure a seamless candidate process beginning to end and to hire top talent into the organisation.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities –

• Build a framework for the talent acquisition function that aligns with the business objectives and goals.
• Hire top talent for the business within the technology space across the UK, Switzerland and Germany
• Create a recruitment process that places an emphasis on having a positive candidate experience
• Conduct initial first screen interviews
• Proactively headhunt on LinkedIn
• Partner with stakeholders in the business to identify gaps in the team and how the talent function can improve those gaps

Talent Acquisition Specialist Person Specification –

• Must have extensive experience in technology recruitment, internally
• Good relationship building skills
• Experience building a talent function will be beneficial
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiter
