Robert Half has partnered with a client to help identify an experienced Talent Specialist Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter opportunity is for a client located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity and requires someone to work on-site M-F.
The individual will support Human Resources on all full cycle recruiting for salary and hourly employees and will conduct career fairs.
This individual will be responsible for performance management, succession planning, cross training, employee development, and career planning efforts.
Responsible for posting positions, reviewing candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews. Works closely with management to help identify the best talent.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience.
