A well respected client is seeking a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist out of Middleburg Heights. This position is fully on site, Monday-Friday with business hours of 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Responsibilities :
- Full cycle recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their department function, critical success factors, staff skill and knowledge requirements, and potential talent needs
- Manage external recruiting sites
- Facilitate the candidate interview and selection process : schedule kick-off meetings with hiring managers; review all applications;
- develop interview protocols; conduct initial phone screens; schedule interviews with hiring managers and their designees;
coordinate skill and behavioral assessments; organize candidate data for interviews; and maintain applicant and interview records
- Attend recruitment events and HR training
