We are looking for a passionate people-person, who enjoys Recruitment and pro-active sourcing, to join our APAC HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month FTC. The Role

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent for front-office field positions, within the Robert Half Sydney business. Key responsibilities include:

• Using best practice recruitment methodologies to pre-screen, interview, evaluate and introduce qualified candidates.
• Supporting and developing strategic talent pooling and attraction/sourcing strategies.
• Building and developing on-going relationships with passive candidates.
• Engaging with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs, offering effective solutions.
• Liaising with hiring managers and internal candidates to facilitate interview processes from beginning to end, obtaining, and providing feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assisting with the evolving design and deployment of an overall talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains talent.
• Delivering value added market insights and commentary to key stakeholders on regular update calls and meetings.
• Contributing innovative new ways of identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring internal candidates, leveraging social media and other platforms.

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a recruitment agency, RPO or end-to-end talent acquisition role, in which you have been involved in talent pipelining/talent pooling. You will also have a sound understanding of recruitment methodologies, talent management platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
