We are looking for a passionate people-person, who enjoys Recruitment and pro-active sourcing, to join our APAC HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month FTC. The Role
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent for front-office field positions, within the Robert Half Sydney business. Key responsibilities include:
The Individual
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a recruitment agency, RPO or end-to-end talent acquisition role, in which you have been involved in talent pipelining/talent pooling. You will also have a sound understanding of recruitment methodologies, talent management platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
We are looking to hire an innovative, solutions-focused and driven individual who is enthusiastic about developing their career within the Talent Acquisition space. You will need to be a strong communicator who can effectively build and manage relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
