Talent Acquisition Partner-HYBRID Direct Hire Opportunity in Chicago. We have a Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity for a global financial services firm located in the Chicago loop. Responsibilities:
Day-to-day service delivery of the recruitment lifecycle.

• Developing and agreeing sourcing strategies
• Candidate management – including sourcing, telephone screening, scheduling interviews and breaking offers.
• Supplier liaison & management, recruitment offers.

Act as a strategic advisor and consultant.

• Developing effective and collaborative partnerships with global stakeholders to understand their individual needs and challenges
• Work with the TA team to further develop and enhance the candidate experience.
• Actively manage employer brand in relation to recruitment, maximizing multi-channel sources and increasing visibility of the company through appropriate social media forums.

Develop and implement initiatives and collateral to enhance hiring decisions, including:

• Assessment tools
• Management toolkits
• Market analysis and insights

Build and maintain extensive external talent pipelines through market mapping, networking and industry knowledge.

Manage preferred supplier agreements, compliance, and service requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of talent experience preferably within a professional services firm.

Experience

• Significant Previous recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, either from an agency or recognized in-house talent function.
• Experience of Talent strategy development and implementation

Skills

• Excellent relationship management skills
• Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, including c-suite.
• Analytical, and commercial awareness
• Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize where necessary
• Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and project
