The Company

Our client is a team of delivery professionals providing Project and Program management consultancy services. Looking for a Talent Acquisition to join their team temporarily!

The Role

Reporting to the Head of talent, this role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

• Full life cycle recruiting; Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying and Closing
• Successfully placing offshore resources with clients located in Australia
• Updating applicants as they go through the recruitment process
• Assisting with preparation of interview packs
• Administrative duties to assist HR and recruitment
• Hiring executive roles/high income earners

Your Profile

You will have experience in Administration/HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

You will have experience using Microsoft Suite, Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter – Recruitment platforms

You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

Experience in Recruitment within the Project/Program Management space this will be highly regarded (not essential)

You will have exceptional attention to detail, willingness to earn and ‘can-do’ attitude

You will have exceptional problem solving, analytical skills

You will be immediately available to commence work
