Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with external organizations and internal teams to identify and address staffing requirements.
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment events, conducting on-the-spot interviews and making offers to qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews for a range of positions, spanning from entry-level to executive roles.
• Sort through resumes, select the most promising candidates, and make pre-screening calls to assess qualifications.
• Assist in the recruitment of temporary contractors, overseeing the process from initiation to completion, while maintaining transparent communication with various management teams.
• Maintain records of job posting activities for ing purposes.
