We are working with a manufacturing company to source a Purchasing Officer on an ongoing temporary assignment, with a view to go permanent. This role is due to an increase in workload and is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful and tenured team.

This role is starting the 1st week on January, so you must be immediately available for work, and be living in Perth to be considered for this role.

Your duties will include:

• Raising purchase orders and receipting of goods using Pronto.
• Manage all aspects of stock replenishment
• Collate and manage supplier information
• Resolving queries and invoices discrepancies
• Management of ad hoc reports

Your Profile

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar Purchasing environment.
• Experience using Pronto will be highly regarded (not essential)
• Have the ability to work autonomously, but also well in a team.
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and working to multiple deadlines.
