The Company

Our client, a national leader in the NFP sector, are seeking temporary support to assist the Recruitment Team due to new facilities opening. This role will provide a busy and varied role within a small team. You will need to be available to start from the 10th of January, and be able to commit to 25 hours per week.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager responsibilities will include:

• Review recruitment practices on a regular basis and implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure efficient and effective sourcing
• Develop the skills and abilities of Supervisors to be able to competently undertake recruitment activities in accordance with company policies and procedure
• Provide sound advice and guidance for the development of new positions and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
• Ensure the Recruitment Management System is managed in accordance with recruitment guidelines and utilised effectively and efficiently
• Manage employee pre-employment compliance including Police Clearance, Working with Children Checks and other checks as required
• Facilitate recruitment processes to meet the needs of the organisation including bulk recruitment in order to reduce reliance on recruitment agencies
• Oversee the development of relevant role advertisements ensuring they present the company in a professional manner
• Responsible for the creation and management of employee documentation, including contracts of employment and variations

Your Profile

This position will compliment a recruitment professional who has end to end recruitment experience within a medium to large organisation.

There will be a minimal handover, so someone who can work in a high volume environment, and retain information well, will be a standout candidate.

Must be available to start on the 10th of January.
