Robert Half is partnering with a leading provider of senior living services in Gresham, Oregon on a temporary Office Assistant position to provide exceptional care and support to multiple senior living communities.

Parking will be provided at both locations.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for senior residents, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
• Collect, distribute, and process incoming mail
• Receive, date, and stamp invoices and bills
• Assist in scanning and filing documents, including incoming rent checks
• Guide new applicants through the completion of necessary documentation and forms for their application packets
• Accept completed application packets and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform various other office duties as requested by management
