The Company

Our client is a leading insurance company, known to be one of the best amongst their competitors. As the business continues to grow, their financial support function is also looking to expand. They are currently seeking an outgoing and driven individual to join their hard-working team.

The Role

The role will focus on month end reporting, reconciliations, booking journals into the general ledger whilst providing ongoing support to the finance business partners. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to develop and grow within a business facing role.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will require you to manage the finance function and will focus on:

• Preparation of monthly P&L reports

• Processing month end and balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow forecast

• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting data

• Assist with annual auditing and payroll

• Preparation of year-end financial statements

• Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of internal Management Reports

• Business Partnering experience

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CA qualified
• 5+ years’ experience in the accounting field.
• Strong financial management and accounting skills.
• Exceptional experience with SAP, Netsuite and Power BI.
• Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
