The Role

Reporting to the financial controller, you will be responsible for assisting the finance team with day-to-day administrative activities, which will underly the performance of the team.

You will be responsible for administrative duties, such as the administration of various systems

Some typical duties will involve:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Cash flow report
• Processing receipts and payments
• Preparation of supplier payments
• Resolution of queries
• Assist with the preparation of reports
• GL reconciliations
• Ad-Hoc Duties as requested

Your Profile

The client is open to a wide variety of profiles for this role, with the most important characteristics around Communication & Willingness to learn. Ideally though you will have some tertiary education in the form of a Finance, Accounting or Economics degree. If you have ambitions to complete CA or CPA, the business will also support you on this journey.

• Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent numeracy skills
• High attention to detail and consistent in your quality of work
