Robert Half’s client needs a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in web content for a 6+ month contract in Washington, DC.

This role is crucial for enhancing the company’s online presence and communication efforts. Responsibilities include managing the website, executing digital marketing strategies, and collaborating with the Director of Digital and Brand to maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and update the firm’s website, including content creation and routine text edits.
• Assist in updating lawyer biographies on the website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and on website analytics, social media performance, and podcast engagement.
• Optimize website and blog content using SEO tools to enhance visibility and relevance.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects using project management systems.
• Support firm blogs and social media advocacy tool, Clearview Social.
• Oversee the primary website vendor relationship and technical coordination.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and adhere to established processes.
• Develop monthly analytics s in collaboration with the web team.
• Implement website changes and post content as needed, including after-hours updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proficiency in HTML, social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage dynamic workloads and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
• Quick adaptability to learn and utilize new technology tools and resources.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Prior experience with digital marketing and website management is highly desirable.
