Robert Half Marketing & Creative has a client in need of a Digital Marketing Manager with HVAC, Roofing, Electrical, Home Services, or similar industry experience.

This is a direct-hire position that requires working onsite in Bristol, PA up to 3 days per week. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of companies and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities include :

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for portfolio companies, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using various tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
• Develop and present regular s on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support portfolio companies in developing and executing digital marketing plans that align with their business goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, and others.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Knowledge of the home service industry is a plus.
