Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager with a well known fitness oriented client in Atlanta.

This is a direct hire opportunity, 4 days on site in Atlanta.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Analyze key metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and increase participation within the community
• Plan and execute community events, workshops, and initiatives to promote collaboration and foster a sense of belonging
• Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic responses

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving results
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, social media management platforms, and other digital marketing tools
• Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to expand the reach and impact of community initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for community involvement and advocacy
