The Role

Reporting to the Financial Operations manager, you will be responsible for daily settlements processing, loan reconciliations, cash and treasury control including trust and securitisation related activities.

Support the Finance Operations Manager, Treasury and broader finance team across a variety of tasks, including:

• Daily loan settlement and collection transaction processing
• Daily bank reconciliations aligned to corporate allocations and consolidation policies
• Liaising with relevant parties to clear unallocated cash items
• Preparation of Treasury collection reports
• Process sale & repurchase of loans to trusts in FIS
• Loan account reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Other ad hoc operational support for ongoing development of FIS/Ambit and AAF initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

• Intermediate – Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and lending system
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• An ability to deal with ambiguity in fast paced environments
• 2-3 years’ experience in processing high volume AR/AP and bank reconciliation
