The Company

Robert Half have partnered with a friendly and dynamic team of professionals in Burswood to recruit an Accounts Officer to complement their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attentive, organised and helpful professional to support and collaborate with your Finance Manager.

The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your experience with key responsibilities including:

• Accounts Payable processing with daily and monthly payment.
• Daily Bank reconciliations.
• Credit reconciliations
• Month end processing, including fixed asset, depreciation, posting journals and consolidations.
• Accounts Receivable processing and debt collection.
• Supporting with Cashflow management ensuring all Accounts are recoded accurately.
• General administration including maintaining supplier files, updating databases
• Resolving any invoice queries and setting up new suppliers/customers.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with who has experiencing working in transactional Accounting and have an enthusiastic and helpful attitude to help with ad-hoc tasks. You will be agile in your working endeavours and be able to think of your feet and solve problems as they arise. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
