Starting immediately you will be working in a transactional team and be responsible for all accounts payable & receivable responsibilities.

The Company

This role is for a well-known mining services client, who is looking to add an additional resource to their collaborative finance team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, which will be made permanent after 3 months.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team, but also shine working independently.

The Role

This role, reporting to the Finance Manager, will include the following responsibilities:

  • Full processing of accounts payable
  • Receipting and processing all incoming payments
  • Preparation of daily banking
  • Dealing with customer and new account enquiries
  • Debtors reconciliations
  • Collection of outstanding accounts via phone, letter and email
  • Assistance with payroll


Your Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within a similar Accounts Clerk position. You will have intermediate Excel capabilities coupled with experience using a large ERP. Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to customer service are a must.
