The Role

This growth opportunity, responsible for leading the firm’s Digital practice, is best suited to a commercial, driven and accomplished Senior Partner (or equivalent) with deep networks within the Canberra Federal and State Government and/or Defence space. As a Lead Partner in this firm, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging your strategic client-facing role to build and nurture relationships, position for large-scale and complex opportunities and provide strategic and operational direction to a talented team who are committed to capturing further market share.

Cyber Security

Leading a group of Partners, Directors and a large wider team of professionals of varying levels in the Digital practice, the Lead Digital Partner will have responsibility for:

• Building, leading and developing teams within this practice area, shaping culture and helping them to capitalise on market opportunities.
• Providing strategic direction to achieve organisational growth objectives.
• Overseeing the Digital business operations and financial performance, including revenue, margin, and staff utilisation.
• Driving business growth through opportunity identification and management, expanding into existing clients and establishing new ones.
• Nurturing and maintaining positive client relationships to fuel the firm’s Digital sales pipeline.
• Establishing new solution offerings and uplifting maturity of areas, including developing assets, frameworks and reusable content.
• Negotiating, approving and managing large and complex contracts.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will have developed and nurtured deep and trusted relationships with key individuals within Defence and Government in Canberra. You will have likely spent significant time over your career working on large-scale digital engagements within a Big 4 Consulting firm, Tier 1 or Boutique Consulting House. Your subject matter expertise could pertain to any area outlined above as part of ‘Digital’, and you will have had prior experience leading senior leaders.

Our client is open-minded and can accommodate multiple solution offerings and, as such, will hire opportunistically outside of this search process. If your expertise aligns with our client from a sector perspective but for a solution offering adjacent to Digital, we are open to exploring how you may still add value to this firm in a different capacity.
