Private beauty school offering licensing programs in Cosmetology – Aesthetics – Makeup Artistry and more is seeking an ambitious and energetic Admissions Representative with proven experience in sales and/or college recruiting. This is also a perfect opportunity for a sales-savvy cosmetics or beauty professional including Hairstylists and Makeup artists who are looking for a change of pace from the salon. A strong background in sales and appointment setting is required.

Job duties:

• Phone/email/text/follow up with prospective students – handling inquiries received from various sources as well as generating personally developed leads from referrals and networking.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours, open houses, career fairs
• Manage the admissions and enrollment process, ensuring student registration procedures are completed timely.
• Coordinate with our marketing department to promote the school. this requires proficient use of social media.
• Work closely with the financial aid department to ensure prospective students are completed and packaged

Ideal candidate has a passion for the fashion beauty industry, is a self-starter, committed to meeting goals, sales-savvy and outgoing, and possess leadership qualities.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You must be very comfortable on the phone and conducting interviews.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suit, CRM sales software
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Availability to work a flexibile schedule including 2 evening shifts to 7:30pm and 1 Saturday per month.
