Robert Benjamin Wiley CCS Hiring for Director of Student Support Services at Erie, PA Full Time

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Supervise the behavior team with skills and strategies to encourage good behavior from students.

– Make parent phone calls; handle truancy paperwork; attend hearings with the district justice’s office

– Schedule and attend with parents the Truancy Elimination Program

– Clear buses and ride buses when needed

– Be a parent liaison by building positive strong parent relationships

– Work with the counselor and behavior team to curb negative behaviors into well-behaved academic learners.

– Assist with outside agency referrals and work collaboratively with teachers to ensure a positive classroom culture

– Enrollment

– Order supplies (uniform closet, behavior team school supplies, beginning of the year forms, and copy right order)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,500.00 – $60,500.00 per year
