Bookkeeper Part-time

Join The Robbins Staffing team today. Robbins Staffing Solutions is seeking a part-time experienced bookkeeper for ourselves. You will have your own private office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in payroll, A/P and A/R, tax filings and preparing various financial reports. Must have experience working with online accounting software programs. Ideal candidate will be extremely skilled in MS Excel and organized.

Responsibilities Include:
· A/P, A/R, and tax processing
· Process employee payroll
· Maintaining general ledger
· Prepare month-end financial statements
· Reconciliations of various accounts
· Onboard and process new employees
· Maintain accurate data and provide to CPA
· Maintain accurate filing system
· Knowledge of Workers Comp and employment laws
· Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word

Requirements:
· 5-7 years’ experience
· AAS degree in Accounting (min)
· Available 20 -25 hours per week
· Ability to work in a team
· Excellent communication and listening skills
