ROBAR ENTERPRISES, INC., one of the larger locally owned employers in the High Desert, is looking for an OFFICE COORDINATOR. The Robar family of companies includes Hi-Grade Materials Co., Endura Steel and Smith Ironworks and has been located in Hesperia since 1963.
Looking for a high energy, organized team member with a positive outlook to assist with general management of our office. Duties include
- coordination of on and off site meetings,
- purchasing of supplies,
- permit and DMV renewals,
- assisting with marketing materials and website updates,
- IT projects including new employee setup, and
- other various projects.
Ideal candidate will have three years of office experience, good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of MS 365, Excel and Canva are helpful.
