We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Talent Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. Fast track your recruitment career in the booming tech scene and have some fun along the way!

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Phone screening candidates to check for suitability
• Scheduling interviews for candidates with our hiring managers.
• Posting job ads on our career site and external job boards
• Working closely with our Head of P&C in Australia and Head of Talent in NZ to promote our hiring strategy across all technical disciplines
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing feedback to candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Going to market to attract passive talent via LinkedIn messages
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

So what do you need to apply?

• Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role
• Ideally, experience in digital/tech recruitment
• An interest and experience working in the tech scene, our people come from technical fields including Software Development, Product Management and Digital Design, to name a few.
• A love of people and helping them find a new role
• Experience navigating LinkedIn
• Great attention to detail
• Enjoy building great relationships with the team
• Proactive and creative approach
• Enjoy creative writing, for job descriptions and employer branding
