Roadtrek Inc. has an exciting new vacancy for Customer Care Representative to join their team of professionals. Our successful candidate will bring with them experience working within a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical environment such as HVAC, Automotive, Marine setting coupled with strong communication and customer service skills. This role is responsible for assisting dealers and consumers navigate and resolve customer care issues. This permanent full-time position reports directly to our Head of Sales and Service and works closely with the Warranty and Service Department. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Receive and respond to calls from dealers and consumers in a timely and professional manner
• Entering accurate information into Microsoft Dynamics 365 to generate claims, parts orders and warranty information
• Inform customers about our products by providing product literature, technical drawings, etc. as required
• Input and update information in MS 365 for tracking purposes and follow up with team as required
• Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve company goals
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by Manager in accordance with company policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Knowledge or previous experience with warranty/service claims processing a benefit
• Knowledge of and/or an aptitude for understanding technical information would be considered an asset
• Accurate and quick typing speed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment
