Roadrunner Freight Systems is a family owned transport business that has been operating for 15 years.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our growing team!
About the role:
- Use social media platforms and recruitment platforms to source sub-contractor/owner drivers.
- Arrange interviews.
- Send and manage application forms to successful applicants.
- Liaise with operations team to determine upcoming trends and driver number requirments.
- Perform site inductions.
- Build strong relationships to manage retention levels.
Skills:
- Confident in engaging and selling our brand to persepctive drivers.
- Be flexiable in your approach and adapt as needed.
- Multi-task and think on your feet approach.
- Have strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident in using Microsoft applications along with cloud based systems.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
