Job Responsibilities

· The desired candidate must have experience to elucidate, analyse and validate the business needs of stakeholders.

· Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

· Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

· Should have analytical and conceptual thinking.

· Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Desirable

· Prior knowledge of Agriculture policy/farming schemes/Geospatial domain

· Preference will be given to candidates who hold or held SC security clearance in past

· Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems/Computer Science/Geo Informatics or equivalent

· A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business analysis for software development projects.
