About you
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across Academic Colleges and non-Academic portfolios, ensuring recruitment delivery is efficient, consistent and professional. This position will manage multiple recruitment requests of similar requirements and the delivery of the agreed service model to attract and place the best talent to shape RMIT. The role will have a key focus in managing campaigns and Talent Pooling for current and future vacancies. A proactive approach and a workforce demand skill set is paramount to the success of the role.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

Internal and External relationship partnering across complex processes relating to Recruitment

End to end recruitment managing volume-based positions

Outcomes focused and driven towards achieving results

A proven ability to build positive and robust relationships with clients and stakeholders

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to show initiative and creativity in solving problems

Customer focused outlook with a team orientation

Experience in an Internal or Agency Recruitment position
About the Portfolio
The Operations Portfolio enables an integrated, enterprise wide delivery for best practice student and staff experiences. The Portfolio incorporates the following business units: Planning and Operational Excellence, Communications, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Global Marketing & Student Recruitment, Human Resources, Information and Technology Services (ITS), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Procurement and Property Services Group (PSG).
