We are currently looking for a responsible and dependable Order Desk Representative to work at our head office in Edmonton, AB. This position is primarily responsible for taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service & product knowledge. If this sounds like you, hit that apply button!

Responsibilities:

• Take down customer information to process order
• Input data into system
• Inform customer of prices and products
• Ensure payment information is accurate and collect payment
• Process orders, send invoicing, and distribute receipts
• Coordinate between customers, dispatcher and sales team
• Take direct telephone calls from customers
• Follow up on orders

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• College or University diploma or degree (preferred)
• 1+ year’s experience in customer service, order taking, or similar environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Hours of work:

• Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm with a Saturday rotation.
