RKW North America, Inc Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Franklin, KY Full Time

Oversees the cash management function on a daily bases and assists the treasury department with operations, cash transactions, monthly & annual treasury budget, bank reconciliations, bank relationships, maintenance of corporate liquidity funding projections and foreign exchange transactions and other financial affairs to insure financial stability.

Executes all necessary funding, coordinates electronic booking functions and resolves cash issues in a timely manner.

Ensures timely and accurate business/financial processing of Accounts Payables and Receivables.

Identifies trends, determines system improvements and implements a forward thinking approach to change.

Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles and coordinates with operations and accounting teams in Europe.

Assists with internal & external audits, monthly reporting, recommends items for strategic planning and budgeting.

Maintains financial security by maintaining accounting controls, protecting the organization’s value by keeping information confidential and safeguarding corporate assets and the integrity of its fiscal systems.

Required to work both inside and outside of finance & accounting (Auditors, Ops, Purchasing and Receiving), while managing strict timelines and deadlines

Performs ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Prepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years of Relevant Manufacturing Experience

· SAP / other ERP System Experience

· GAAP & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

• Supervisory Experience
• Budgeting
• Accounts Receivables and Payables Management
• Internal Controls and Strategic Planning
• Cash Management, Forecasting and Bank Relationships
• MS Office including Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, if statements)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
