RKF is seeking an enthusiastic, driven engineer who is looking for a challenge to work on unique and challenging projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop in Python plus familiarity with C++
• Write software tools for web GUI interface (Typescript, React)
• Maintain and write REST API services (Python Flask, C++)
• Provide support across multiple projects

• 
  Secret level clearance
• Familiarity with Linux environment and server tools Familiarity with GIS tools and concepts
• Strong Coding skills to Python a Must and C++
• Previous experience developing with Single Page Application Web Framework (React, Angular, Vue)
• Previous experience working on a Full Stack development

Preferred Supplemental Skill Sets:

• Familiarity with managing RedHat or Centos
• Knowledge of Google Maps Web API
• Knowledge of wireless communication technology
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Knowledge of a message broker (RabbitMQ)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors or higher in a STEM field, CSE or Electrical Engineering or related technical education with demonstrated experience.
• Having a background in Physics is a plus.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the above requirements preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Candidates must have a proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment, strategize on complex problems, and think outside the box to find solutions. Strong communication and writing skills are an absolute must. Candidates must also be self-motivated and self-managing of their workload and deliverable deadlines.
