To support the ongoing growth of our business, RJ MacLean Tank Services is seeking an individual with clear HR skills and abilities and exceptional recruitment and computer skills to join the Human Resources department.

ing to the HR Advisor, the HR Recruiter is responsible for recruitment, including placing job ads and initial screening of candidates. The recruitment job tasks include setting up DISA, sending out automated offer letters and new hire packages and tracking returns, updating tracking spreadsheets on all candidates.

The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for tracking employees through Applicant Tracking System and working with Payroll to ensure record-keeping and employee data is always up to date. In addition, the HR Recruiter will provide support to employees, including interpreting policy. This position participates in HR/Payroll process meetings and special projects.

As a primary HR contact, you must display a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Duties include:

· Full recruitment cycle and onboarding of all temporary project personnel and full time roles as required.

· Managing the HR workflow/process for Performance Management, Talent Development, Recruitment, Onboarding.

· Entering, updating, and retrieving information from the Employee files and HR Downloads employee database.

· Tracking safety tickets for projects in the USA..

· Developing and maintaining DocuSign for offers and payroll onboarding forms.

· Maintaining accurate employee position records.

· Maintaining and updating resumes and applicant tracking system

· Maintaining employee personnel files with hiring documentation..

· Assisting in building long-term relationships with internal employees.

· Knowledge of employment legislation Alberta Employment Standards and Human Rights

· Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation

· Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude

Education and Experience

· Degree or Certificate in Business, Business Administration or Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources preferred

· Fluent in English

· Prefer 3-5 years of professional-level human resources recruitment experience with a background in full-cycle recruitment

· Intermediate to advanced computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, database software), previous experience with HR Downloads, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, DocuSign

· Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills

· SHRM designation, or working towards, is considered an asset

· Knowledge of relevant employment legislation

· Oil and Gas-type work is an asset

· Tact, diplomacy, and professionalism, including strict adherence to confidentiality

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office

· Must be highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
