Riverson has optional events for staff throughout the year designed to allow for social time with owners, management, employees, and their families. This includes summer gatherings, a winter holiday/Christmas party, and a float entry for the Santa Claus parade.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Invoicing / Accounts receivable
• Communicating with customers to arrange job setup and billing
• Accounts payable
• Assist with digital adoption to improve our business automation
• Job costing/ing
• Payroll
• Union remittances
• Bookkeeping
• Assisting with year end tax
• HST/WSIB ing
• Other bookkeeping related functions

Skills/Qualifications

• Certificate in bookkeeping, or similar
• 2-3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in electronic accounting systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
