Riverside Recruitment Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Carlisle, England Full Time

Riverside Recruitment are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This can be a Work from Home opportunity; therefore, location isn’t essential providing you are based within West Cumbria, Carlisle or surrounding areas and with access to your own transport. Alternatively, an office base is available in Carlisle if preferred.

The Role
The purpose of this role will be to support the Business Development and Service Delivery Teams by engaging with job seekers and passive candidates on a daily basis. You will keep abreast of new candidates coming onto the market, maintain regular communication with people within our specified industry sectors, whilst ensuring a seamless administration support function for the company.

Your duties as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will be varied. You will utilise various methods for sourcing candidates such as Social Media, Internal and External Databases along with Word of Mouth, and will be responsible for making contact and building relationships with potential candidates across various sectors and job roles.

You will be involved in managing our job advertising platforms, working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, to maximise attraction and ensure our online presence is welcoming to a variety of different audiences.

Administration and data entry will become part of your daily activities, updating our CRM system, whilst taking calls from prospective clients and job seekers. You will be comfortable speaking with people of all levels, being able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
