Riverside Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Remote Full Time

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be at the frontline of our mission, allowing us to deliver on the big ambitions we have as we approach our centenary.

This can be a remote working role with occasional monthly travel to our head office in Speke, Liverpool.

The difference you’ll make

Operating as a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will act as an invaluable Partner, supporting hiring managers to deliver great talent across the organisation. Working as part of the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will develop and deliver recruitment strategies that support the end-to-end journey. You will support the delivery of temporary resource across our Care & Support services by partnering with our managed service provider (MSP).

You’ll work with a range of stakeholders to ensure we are able to recruit the right people at the right time with the right behaviours and capability. You’ll lead all recruitment activities with the candidate and customer experience always front of mind.

So, who are you?

You’ll be an experienced, hands-on volume Recruiter who is used to operating at a variety of levels, from either an in-house or agency background. Passionate and self-motivated, you’ll be a strong collaborator, as adept at managing expectations as you are at generating improved attraction and selection methodologies in a highly competitive market. Ideally you will have good knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers such as a managed service. You’ll have up-to-date industry knowledge, delivered and embedded new strategies previously (eg social media, talent pooling) You’ll live our values, knowing the difference you are making, having the courage to take responsibility, acting decisively and working at the right pace.
