The difference you’ll make
Operating as a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will act as an invaluable Partner, supporting hiring managers to deliver great talent in our Care and Support Services. Working as part of the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will develop and deliver recruitment strategies that support the end to end journey.
You’ll work with a range of stakeholders to ensure we are able to recruit the right people at the right time with the right behaviours and capability. You’ll lead the recruitment activities for Care and Support talent acquisition, with the candidate and customer experience always front of mind.

So, who are you?
You’ll be an experienced, hands-on volume Recruiter who is used to operating at a variety of levels, from either an in-house or agency background. Passionate and self-motivated, you’ll be a strong collaborator, as adept at managing expectations as you are at generating improved attraction and selection methodologies in a highly competitive market. Ideally you will have operated in/had exposure to Care and Support Services in a similar organisation. You’ll have up-to-date industry knowledge, delivered and embedded new strategies previously (eg social media, talent pooling) and have experience managing external Recruitment Agencies.
