We’re looking for somebody with an innovative mind who has a real passion for candidate sourcing and candidate experience! You will be somebody who enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment, but who can also work autonomously and lead campaigns. Our ideal candidate should possess a proven record of success in prioritizing and closing searches against tight timelines to achieve hiring goals.

You will have great attention to detail with the ability to understand complex roles, make this into engaging content, and source the top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to assess recruiting and talent needs, understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and refine the recruitment process as needed
• Proactively source and develop candidate talent pipeline via sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, internal database search, job boards.
• Conduct in-depth interviews of qualified candidates, manage job offers and negotiation, and build a robust pipeline of talent.
• Recommend ideas and sourcing strategies related to recruitment that will accelerate the time to fill positions, implementing new processes and refining current processes as needed
• Extend offers and collaborate with team to initiate background screening and on-boarding.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels within an organization
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing candidates through complex database/internet searches and research on the web to identify talent.
• Proven experience communicating an employer value proposition and converting passive prospects into active candidates and hires
• Strategic problem solver with a natural ability to negotiate
