River States Truck and Trailer, a premier Freightliner dealership in Western Wisconsin is growing! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to help continue to add world-class talent to our organization.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to help us recruit, hire, and retain employees; from Sales Staff to Diesel Technicians. This position will reward you financially and professionally for your experience, expertise, and energy.

Job Duties:
?œ Work directly with the Hiring Managers and Director of Human Resources to discuss job openings, create job descriptions, gain approvals and post on job boards.

?œ Manage the interview process to include scheduling, preparing questions, and other materials, and participating as an interviewer.

?œ Coordinate and attend local job/college fairs, and network in the community to ensure a pipeline of candidates for Hiring Managers.

?œ Work closely with the corporate Human Resources department, dealership personnel, and executive team to ensure effective communication.

?œ Travel to the dealerships as needed.

?œ Assist Team Members as needed and direct questions to correct personnel in the Human Resources Department.

?œ Other duties as assigned.
