River District Physio Hiring for Office Administrator at Vancouver, BC Full Time

River District Physio is hiring Admin Staff!

Currently we are looking for someone who can commit to at least 3 shifts a week. There is room for more and flexibility is appreciated. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service. Our clinic environment is very important to us and we are happy to train the right person.

Shifts can range from 6-8hrs and we are open Monday-Saturday. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, booking clients, greeting clients, collecting payment, billing to insurance companies, light laundry duties and professional communications with all business affiliations.

Preferred/Requirements:

High School Diploma

Interest in Physical Rehab (in school for KIN, Physiotherapy is a bonus)

Proficient with computers

Experience with Jane App is ideal

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Expected start date: 2021-10-25

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $16.00 per hour
