Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities :

• Facilitates the full talent acquisition cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and recruitment best practices
• Implements effective sourcing methods and strategies based on the role
• Manages job listings and collaborates with Marketing to generate effective recruitment advertisements
• Manages inbound applications and conducts initial candidate screening
• Acts as liaison between candidate and hiring manager during later process stages
• Effectively tracks candidate life cycle through the Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Director and hiring managers to ensure that compensation and offers remain in compliance with internal policy

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or similar
• Previous experience conducting candidate interviews (preferred)
• Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current labor market trends (preferred)
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and related labor laws (preferred)
