Purpose of this role will be to support the HR team in ensuring effective administration
Duties:
Liaising with applicants
Organising interviews
Conducting first level interviews to assess suitability to roles
Managing the candidate portal (CoreHR)
Supporting the new hire and on-boarding process
Setting up log in’s
Issuing and collecting all necessary documentation
Prepare and maintain electronic employee files
Provide general support to the team
Requirements
HR or Recruitment Administration experience
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
Deadline orientated
IT Proficient
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong Team Player
